Just wondered, for no apparent reason,(beside the aforementioned drunkenness)

Hum. Yes. I rather like. I suspect I'd like it all a great deal after some beer while standing in the middle of a sweaty gig.

Y'see, the bits of me that went for the whole Temple of Love/She Sells Sanctuary post-punk heroic guitar way back when I were at school are still there, hidden under several layers of beard-strokey Warp-noodle, unhinged noisemongering and acid-causality techno. Hell, the guitar in New Years Day still makes me shiver, even if it does remind me vividly of having to make out I was tripping my bollocks off so as to avoid a beating by some crusties.

I dunno that they're my new favourite band, though.
