Kinda depends what you'd call 'cheap'. I paid £89 for my K2s and they're really good. Go talk to the nice people at Snow + Rock in Covent Garden, who will advise.
I got Rollerblade brand ones from Canada a few years ago for next to nothing. They are lovely. I suggest you buy from there on the Internet as you'll probably get much better value.
It really does pay to go for better quality...the cheaper ones just don't cut it for speed, smoothness and endurance.
