I've only seen them once. I'm not sure how I would describe them either.

They shout lots. Bang things. Play very sharp staccato blasts of music, then stop, then carry on. Then bang things some more. They also look scary and quite frankly you suspect they are the type who regularly throw chairs through bar room windows and stare out the police who come to arrest them.
