C'mon people, work with me here...
Jan. 22nd, 2004 08:22 amSorry for the dreadful heading.
There's a vaguely techy job going where I work; Computing Support Officer in the Distance Learning Office (which is my office).
http://www.lshtm.ac.uk/jobs/dl7.ad.html
I believe it's mostly support to the students (who you will mostly only communicate with by email), helping them if they have problems installing software etc. with quite a lot of web-board maintenance. I haven't seen the actual job description, just the advert, so I'm going on what I remember the last person doing. The role has changed somewhat, though, as it has gone from part-time to full time. Salary is £24663 to £31090.
